The beans grow among citrus and mango trees at 1100 meters altitude – a fertile, mineral environment that contributes to the character and depth of the flavor.
This coffee is mildly roasted, so that the soft caramel tones, light chocolate tones and a subtle fruity acidity come into their own perfectly. No bitterness, but a hint of spice. Ideal for those who like a balanced cup with a clear taste.
