Our Farmers
Behind every ESCA Coffee bean lies a face and a story. Our coffee farmers in Minas Gerais, Brazil, have been cultivating coffee with heart and soul for generations. Here, among the green hills and fertile soil, the foundation for your fresh coffee beans grows—pure and honest.
Fair trade coffee, straight from the source
Minas Gerais is one of the world's most famous coffee regions. Thanks to its high altitude and mild climate, the coffee cherries ripen slowly and evenly, creating the characteristic sweetness and smooth finish for which Brazilian specialty coffee is known.
Many of our farming families maintain their small coffee plantations with respect for nature. No mass production, no artificial tricks—just pure, sustainable cultivation methods. This guarantees not only better taste but also a fair income for the community.
We believe coffee only truly tastes good when you know where it comes from. That's why we travel to the plantations ourselves, speak with the families, and taste on-site. This way, we select the best harvests. So you don't have to travel to Brazil for fresh coffee—we do it for you, straight from the farmer, without any intermediaries.

Sustainability and social impact
ESCA Coffee supports education and infrastructure projects in the villages where our farmers live. Through direct trade, each farmer receives a price that exceeds fair trade standards. This way, they invest not only in their land but also in better living conditions and a strong community.
Our coffee beans are hand-sorted after harvest and naturally sun-dried. We only roast them fresh when you order. This guarantees the highest quality in flavor and aroma, exactly as the farmer intended.
From plantation to cup — the whole process
At ESCA Coffee, we believe that transparency and craftsmanship make all the difference. In this video, you'll see firsthand how our farmers hand-pick the cherries, how the beans are carefully dried, and how the roasting process gives your coffee its unique flavor. No middlemen, no secrets—just honest, fresh coffee from Brazil.
Experience the difference true transparency makes for yourself: from the fields in Brazil to the aroma in your kitchen. Honest coffee, freshly roasted, pure, and unadorned.
